    Jean-Marc Lulin, Ph.D., P.Geo., based in Montreal

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Lulin is a senior mining executive with 29 years of experience in North America, Africa and Europe. Since June 2003, as President, CEO and Director of Azimut Exploration, he reactivated the company and implemented a new business strategy. The mineral potential targeting methodology designed by Mr. Lulin constitutes the cornerstone of Azimut's activity. Prior engagements include President, COO and Director for Channel Resources (1996-2001), Vice President West Africa for Channel Resources (1995-1996), Chief Geologist for SOQUEM (1992-1995) and the Vior-Mazarin Group (1986-1992), and Geologist for the BRGM (1981-1984).

    Mr. Lulin was involved in the discoveries of several important deposits, notably the Bombore, Bouroum and Goulagou gold deposits in Burkina Faso (resources of 2.5 million ounces) with Channel Resources, the Douay gold deposit and Lac Knife flake graphite deposit in Quebec with Vior-Mazarin, and Meponda, a large niobium-tantalum-uranium-rare earth occurrence in Mozambique with the BRGM.

    Mr. Lulin was instrumental in strengthening the initial wave of exploration in Burkina Faso during the 1990s. He is a Director of Channel Resources. Mr. Lulin holds a Doctorate in Economic Geology from the Université d'Orléans (1984), and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Mineral and Energy Resources (1981), a Master's degree in Applied Geology (1980) and a Licence in Earth Sciences (1979) from the Université de Paris VI, France.

    Secretary Treasurer

    Moniroth Lim is a highly experienced financial and auditing professional with more than 20 years of experience. Since April 2006, she has been Secretary Treasurer of Azimut Exploration. Her area of expertise includes the preparation of statutory reports for publicly traded mining companies, conventional and flow-through share financing, management of financial audits, and review of internal controls. From 1986 to 2006, she worked as a supervisor and financial auditor for the accounting and business advisory services of Montreal-based Bratt Fremeth Star.

    Mrs. Lim graduated in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (1987) specializing in accounting sciences. She is a member of the Ordre des comptables généraux accrédités du Québec.

    Normand Champigny, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., based in Montreal

    Senior Consultant

    Mr. Champigny has 29 years of experience in the mining industry. He was Executive Vice President of Azimut Exploration from 2006 to 2009, and is now the Company's Senior Consultant. Prior engagements include Associate Partner with IBM Business Consulting Services as mining industry leader for the Americas (2002-2006) where he was responsible for the identification of client service opportunities, the management of business relationships and the delivery of services with mining sector clients; Principal Consultant for the Mining Industry Group with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (2000-2002); Director of the Latin American Centre of Excellence in Mining with Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen (1995-2000); Manager Mining Practice with Coopers & Lybrand (1988-1994); Research Engineer at the Centre de Géostatistique de l'École des Mines de Paris (1986-1988); and Senior Engineer with International Geosystems Corporation (1981-1986).

    Mr. Champigny has a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal (1979). He obtained a Master's degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia (1981) and a Specialized Diploma in Geostatistics from the École des Mines de Paris (1987).

    Mr. Champigny is a Director of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
